1. What is your return policy?

Due to the limited nature of this release, we do not accept returns.
We offer exchanges only within 10 days of delivery for a different size, pending availability. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
All sales are final after the 10-day exchange window.

2. What are the options for shipping?

Standard shipping is free. Any rush or specialize shipping will be an additional cost based on current shipping rates.

3. What size should I buy?

Our coverups are designed with both height and width in mind to help you find your ideal fit. For length, choose Original if you're between 5'3" and 5'7", and Original Tall if you're 5'8" or taller. If you typically wear a size 2–10, either the Original or Original Tall will suit you depending on your height. For sizes 12–3X, go with the Extended if you're 5'3" to 5'7", or the Extended Long if you're 5'8" and above.

4. How do you wash the coverup?

We recommend Machine Wash Cold on a Gentle Cycle and Lay Flat to Dry. Do not bleach.
Although it may be tempting, we do not recommend putting the garment in the dryer based on our internal testing, it will shrink.

The pointelle knit is designed to open and relax slightly with wear, especially over time or when hung. If you'd like to gently reshape the garment after extended use a quick tumble in the dryer on a low heat. This can bring it back closer to its original size, but this should be done with caution and intention, as shrinkage is likely.

5. What colors does it come in?

Our garment is available in natural undyed cotton.
